Hi I'm Anna, a fully certified personal trainer, passionate about supporting & empowering women to build healthier lives.
I'm a busy mum of 2 young children and really struggled to get back into shape following the birth of my second child. I reverted to old habits of excessive training and restrictive dieting, which of course I could never sustain, followed by periods of inactivity and unhealthy habits.
And then one day something clicked and I started exercising just 3 times per week focusing on strength training, as well as educating myself on nutrition and how best to fuel my body without counting calories or eliminating food groups.
5 years down the line, with a Personal Training qualification under my belt, I've never felt better and am keen to share this approach with as many women as possible.
So if you're sick of yo-yo exercising and restrictive dieting, I'd love to work with you. Together we can make health and fitness a core part of your life....for the rest of your life.
How I can help
1:1 Personal Training – a bespoke programme just for you, including the setting & tracking of goals, all your workouts planned and nutritional and lifestyle advice. We can train in your own garden or house or in my dedicated fitness space in Hersham.
Train with friends – bespoke workouts for small groups of friends, a great way to keep exercise fun with a bit of healthy competition.
Women only bootcamps – run every Saturday in the beautiful Ashley Park 8-9am. It’s a fun and welcoming session, with all abilities catered for.
